The height of the pumpkin includes the stem, if you have any specific questions about the size of a pumpkin, please contact us. Do not make assumptions based on the photography on the website.
The measurements and colors of each Funkin can vary slightly, we are not reponsible for differences in the product such as small differences in the size or color that are not considered damages or defects.

Returned materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. Please do not return anything without contacting MacJac first for approval. Fun-kins are custom made and therefore returns are at the management's discretion.

All individual FUN-KINS products are shipped directly from our warehouse via DHL Ground, DHL 2-Day, or DHL Overnight unless other arrangements are made with MacJac Enterprises, LLC customer service. Orders that are received by 12:00pm (noon) mountain time on weekdays will ship the same day in most cases. All other orders will ship on the following business day.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred pertaining to ordered merchandise. Customer must allow adequate time for receipt of merchandise.
MacJac Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping, whether natural or unnatural. MacJac Enterprises, LLC is also not responsible for any loss damage and or additional expense incurred because of such acts. Freight claims must be addressed with the freight company.
If you require special shipping arrangements (PO Boxes, APO Boxes, other carriers, international shipping), please contact us before placing your order. Generally, there is no extra charge for such a request.

For safety reasons, please follow all of the instructions & warnings included on the website and packaging. MacJac Enterprises, LLC. is not responsible for any unauthorized use of this product. MacJac Enterprises, LLC will not be held responsible for any damages pertaining to any FUN-KINS that are carved, resold and/or exhibited without the original packaging that was applied before shipment from the manufacturer.
How to Order FUNKINS Products Online
- Add items to your shopping cart.
- Access the FUNKIN Patch web page by clicking on "Buy FUNKINS Online" in the navigation bar.
- Add items to your shopping cart by typing the quantity that you want in clicking "Add to Cart".
- View and Edit the Items in your Shopping Cart
- Click "View Shopping Cart" in the navigation bar.
- If you need to change the amount of any items in your cart, type the number in the field labeled "Quantity" and click "Update".
- If you need to remove an item from your shopping cart, click the "Remove" link. To remove all of the items in your cart, click the "Empty Cart" link.
- Checkout
- Verify that your desired items are in your shopping cart.
- Click Checkout
- Login by entering your email address and password. Although this is optional, it will make purchasing from FUNKINS much more convenient.
- Enter the information in the required fields (optional fields are marked with a *) for each step:
- Please enter the shipping information just as it should appear on the package when it is sent to you. This information does not need to match your billing information.
- In most cases, you will be prompted to choose from Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping. The transit times listed are in business days. Orders that are recieved before noon on weekdays will ship the same day. All other orders will ship next business day.
- Enter your credit card information. This must match the card information exactly.
- Click the "Process Payment" button one time. Pressing the button more than once may result in multiple charges on your card.
